ARCHAEOLOGICAL EXCAVATIONS

Our center makes archaeological ecxavations (in cooperation with State Hermitage, Saint-Petersburg State University) in Pskov and Leningrad regions.

We make excavations every year in July. First North-West Kids Archaeological Expedition was in 1995.

After education course kids and teenagers - members of the nenter make real archaeological excavations under the guidance of specialist (archaeologist from State Hermitage museum or Saint-Petersburg State University).

This is an excavation of a medieval settlement Kotorsk in the Pskov region (last 1999 year).
We discovered two feudal country-seats near the small fortress.
